1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kaboom Corner website (kaboomcorner.com) or purchasing products from our West Richland location, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Requirements and ID Verification

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase consumer fireworks in the State of Washington (RCW 70.77.395). We require a valid, government-issued photo ID for all purchases, including online BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders. Failure to produce a valid ID upon pickup will result in a cancellation of your order.

3. Online Orders and Curbside Pickup

All online orders are subject to availability. Reserving items online constitutes a request to purchase. The actual transaction is completed upon age verification and product exchange at our physical stand. Kaboom Corner reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if an ordered item becomes out of stock.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the explosive nature of our products and Washington State safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the fireworks have left our premises, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects (duds).

5. Compliance with Local Laws

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, county, state, and federal laws governing the possession and discharge of consumer fireworks. Kaboom Corner is not liable for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred as a result of the unlawful discharge or improper use of our products.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Fireworks are inherently dangerous. Kaboom Corner assumes no liability for injury, loss of life, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or malfunction of our products. Consumers use these products at their own risk and must follow all printed safety instructions and local ordinances.
